Can I change plans at any time?

  • Absolutely. As your business changes, our services will adapt as well.

Am I locked into some sort of contract?

  • No. We do require all clients to review and sign an engagement letter and pricing agreement; however, you may cancel at any time pending a 30-day notice period.

Are my services outsourced to another country?

  • No. We have an amazing team of professionals working together at our head office in Victoria, BC. Meet our team here!

Is this tax deductible?

  • Yes. Fees paid to us are absolutely a business expense and will be recorded as such.

Is my information secure and safe?

  • We take the upmost care in ensuring your data is kept secure. Our app partners use bank-level security and encryption to maintain privacy. Information stored with us is backed up every day to encrypted servers within Canada. Please see our privacy policy here.

Do you provide personal and corporate tax services?

Can I add or remove services from my plan?
